How we grade and inspect used phones
A used phone only reaches our shelf after it passes a full hands-on check: screen and touch response, battery health, cameras, speakers and microphones, charging port, buttons, and network connectivity. We also verify the device is unlocked and free of account locks. Warranty on every phone

How are used phones graded?

Do used phones come with a warranty?
