Chargers & Power

Wall chargers, car chargers, wireless pads and power banks from our XO line — with straight answers on wattage and why a certified charger is worth it. Part of the accessories range at DR.FONE in Nicosia.

Charging gear we stock

  • Wall chargers — single and multi-port, standard and fast-charging, for phones and tablets.
  • Car chargers — keep the battery topped up on the Nicosia–Limassol run instead of arriving at 5%.
  • Wireless chargers — pads and stands for phones that support wireless charging.
  • Power banks — XO power banks in a range of capacities, from pocket-size to travel-size.

Most of our charging range is from the XO line — the accessories brand we stock because it survives daily use. Pair any charger with the right cable and you’re set.

Which wattage do you actually need?

Higher numbers on the box don’t always mean faster charging — your phone only draws what it’s built to accept. Most modern phones fast-charge happily at 18–30W; tablets and laptops want more. Tell us your device model and we’ll point you to a charger that uses its full charging speed without paying for wattage it can’t use.

A word on cheap unbranded chargers

The market-stall charger for a couple of euros is the most expensive accessory you can buy. Poor voltage regulation stresses the battery and the charging circuit — we see the results on the repair bench. A certified charger from a known brand protects a device worth hundreds of euros; that’s the whole argument.

How to buy

Chargers and power banks start from [PRICE_FROM] depending on type and output. The online store is coming — for now, visit us in Nicosia or message [DRFONE_WHATSAPP] with your device model and we’ll recommend the right option.

Which wattage is right for my phone?

It depends on the model — every phone has a maximum charging speed it will accept. Send us your phone model on [DRFONE_WHATSAPP] and we’ll tell you the wattage that actually makes a difference for it, and which charger in stock matches.

Do fast chargers damage batteries?

Honest answer: fast charging produces more heat, and heat is what ages batteries over time — but your phone’s own charging management keeps a certified fast charger well within safe limits. The real battery-killers are cheap unregulated chargers and leaving the phone hot while charging, not fast charging itself.

What power bank capacity should I get?

As a rule of thumb, a 10,000mAh power bank gives most phones roughly two full charges; 20,000mAh suits travel, camping or a day of heavy use — at the cost of size and weight. Tell us how you’ll use it and we’ll suggest the capacity that fits.
