Check Your Repair Status

Dropped your device off at DR.FONE in Nicosia? Here’s how to find out exactly where your repair stands — and what each status means.

How to check your status today

The fastest way to get an update is to contact us directly with your name and the device you dropped off (e.g. “Maria — iPhone 13, screen repair”):

  • Call us[DRFONE_PHONE] during [OPENING_HOURS] for an answer on the spot.
  • WhatsApp[DRFONE_WHATSAPP] any time; we reply when we’re in the shop.

Online ticket tracking — where you’ll follow your repair from this page with a reference number — is coming with the full website. We’d rather tell you that honestly than show you a form that doesn’t work yet. Until then, a quick message gets you the same answer.

What the statuses mean

When you ask for an update, we’ll tell you which stage your device is at:

  • Received — your device is checked in at the shop and queued for diagnosis.
  • Diagnosed — our technician has identified the fault and prepared your quote.
  • Awaiting approval — we’re waiting for your go-ahead on the quoted price. Nothing happens until you approve it.
  • In repair — work is underway. If we discover anything new, we contact you before continuing.
  • Ready for pickup — repaired, tested, and waiting for you. We’ll have notified you when it reached this stage.

If your repair is taking longer than the estimate we gave you — for example, a part is on order — we’ll say so when you check in, with an updated timeframe.

Haven’t dropped your device off yet?

This page is for repairs already in progress. If you’re just getting started, request a repair — tell us your model and the issue, and we’ll take it from there with a free assessment.

How long do you keep finished devices?

We hold your device safely at the shop and notify you when it’s ready. If you can’t collect it soon — travelling, busy weeks — just let us know and we’ll arrange a pickup time that works. If a device goes uncollected for a long period, we’ll contact you before anything else happens.

What if I lost my receipt or drop-off slip?

Don’t worry — we can find your repair from your name, phone number, and the device details. Bring photo ID when you collect so we can confirm the device is going back to the right person.

Can I change my mind after approving the repair?

Contact us as soon as possible. If work hasn’t started, that’s usually no problem. If the repair is already underway, we’ll tell you exactly where things stand and what your options are.
